Well elbow looks totally fine. My suggestion is don't rush the hand, just slow linear motion, no swings or bursts, who cares if it a little bumpy (if you need a perfect line use Shift key lol). Second suggestion is don't look at the cursor, use peripheral vision, like as if focus of your attention is 1" behind the screen.
